Wildwood Farms Tasting

American Wine Society members attended a wine tasting at Wildwood Family Farms in Alto, Michigan. The wines were from Wyncroft Winery, Pullman, MI. Owner and winemaker James Lester walked us through the process he uses to make fantastic Michigan wines. The wines presented were an 81% Sauvignon Blanc / 19% Semillion blend, a Chardonnay, a wonderful Cab Franc Rose, a Riesling, and Magenta (a full-bodied red Cab Franc with a nice earthy flavor).
