Derby Tavern Dinner

A great time was had at the wine and food pairing dinner at the Derby Tavern in Hudsonville, MI. The menu included Parmesan Bacon Fat Popcorn with rosemary infusion, Parmesan Crisp Arugula and Blackened Shrimp, Fresh Herb and Garlic sous Fondant Potatoes and Creme Brulee Cheesecake. The wines were Golden Love Sparkling Brute, Peirano Viognier, Artist Series Sea Enchantress and Mendocino True Grit. It was a wonderful time of food and wine.
